Creator fees

Pump.fun creator fees, without the upfront promoter invoice

Creator fees are Pump’s trading-fee stream for a coin. Fee sharing splits that stream. CALLS is one place a share can go so distribution is funded after real receipts, not before.

What creator fees are

On Pump.fun, trades on a token can accrue creator fees. Pump’s own documentation describes those fees as claimable by the fee recipients for that coin. A coin admin can edit recipients and the split, transfer admin rights, or revoke admin rights. Revoking is the step that locks the split. Some community-takeover cases can change admin later. That is Pump’s system, not CALLS.

Do not treat any percentage on this page as Pump’s current trading-fee rate. Pump can change how fees are calculated. The only percentages CALLS will hold you to are the ones shown on your campaign before you sign, applied to creator-fee revenue CALLS actually receives.

How fee sharing is different from claiming

Claiming sends accrued fees to the current recipients. Sharing decides who those recipients are. Pump’s fee-sharing config supports multiple shareholders whose shares are set in basis points and must total 100%. Distribution of accrued fees can be triggered permissionlessly once the config exists. For graduated coins, Pump’s docs describe a sweep from the AMM vault before the pump program pays shareholders.

If you point a shareholder slot at the CALLS collection treasury, that slot is what CALLS can receive. Other shareholders can remain. A 50% share is not required. The CALLS Tag in a token description is only a request. Rewards wait until CALLS verifies the finalized on-chain configuration and later receives fees.

What CALLS does with a receipt

A finalized receipt is split between the campaign’s caller pool and the protocol share configured for CALLS. The caller pool is then allocated to callers by qualified score. Protocol share is not a second payment to callers. Nothing in that ledger is a promise about the token’s price.

Pending Pump fees are not received revenue. A balance that has not been distributed and finalized is not a caller reward. Payouts from the caller pool are not automatic.

Creator fees versus paying a KOL up front

An upfront KOL invoice is gone whether or not anyone buys. A creator-fee share only becomes a caller reward after fees arrive and buyers qualify. You can still buy posts elsewhere. CALLS does not replace that spend. It is the path that stays at zero until performance and receipts both exist.

Questions

What are Pump.fun creator fees?

They are trading fees that accrue to a token’s creator-fee recipients. Pump documents them as claimable by those recipients. CALLS does not set Pump’s fee schedule, and that schedule can change.

How do you share Pump.fun creator fees?

Pump fee sharing lets a coin admin assign the creator-fee split across shareholders, up to the limit Pump enforces, in basis points that total 100%. Updating that split can permanently revoke the admin. Read Pump’s current instructions before you sign.

Can creator fees fund promotion?

Yes, if you allocate a share to CALLS. Callers are paid from the caller pool of fees CALLS has actually received. Fees that are only pending on Pump are not CALLS revenue.
